Our Leadership Team
Eng. Yasser Mansoor
Founder and General Manager
Obtained a degree in the field of Chemical Engineering from the University of Bahrain. With over 18 years of experience in the OilField business across Indonesia, Norway, India, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain, Mansoor has taken up different engineering and management positions all within Schlumberger. His most recent role was as an Integrated Project Manager of HPHT Project at OXY Bahrain Deep Gas.
Ghada Alalawi
Financial Controller
Obtained degrees in both the fields of Chemical Engineering and Accounting from the University of kingdom of Bahrain. With over 20 years of experience in Financing, Accounting and Auditing, her most recent role was as a Senior Accountant in the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism of kingdom of Bahrain.
Osama Baiej
Technical Manager at QUARTZ O&G
Has a degree in Petroleum Engineering from Alfateh University Tripoli Libya.Over 25 years of experience in the oilfield services industry. Successfully expanded markets for Lee Energy Systems and Well Flow International, securing key contracts across Africa, the Middle East, and India. His earlier roles at Schlumberger and Moraik Development involved managing complex drilling and cementing operations across diverse regions, demonstrating a strong track record in both technical and leadership capacities.
Wael Aboul Seoud
Consultant Chemical Production Engineer at QUARTZ O&G
Has B.Sc. In Chemistry & Biochemistry from Ain Shams University, followed by MIBA in Marketing & Strategic Management.Over 27 years expertise in Petrolite Ltd, Coca-Cola, Baker Petrolite Egypt, Sudan, Qatar, and Saudi. His last role was Consultant and Advisor - MEAP, VNERGY Project Management
Dhafir Badraoui
Stimulation Consultant Engineer at QUARTZ O&G
Has a degree in Electronics Engineering from USTO Algeria followed by Production Enhancements Engineering from Malaysia. Over 19 years in the oilfield business in Halliburton Alegria, and within WSG in Netherlands and Saudi Arabia in different engineering and managements positions. His last role was Lead Well-Intervention Engineer in Netherlands
